Note: This is not a Lenawee County Conservation League event – just helpful information from the State of Michigan to pass along:
Looking for a great reason to get outdoors? How about three. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has brought back the popular “Three Free” weekend – this year it’s Saturday and Sunday, June 8 and 9 – two full days when residents and out-of-state visitors can grab a fishing pole, ride the off-road trails and visit state parks, all free of charge.
Tuesday night Trap sessions have started up again.
Every Tuesday at 5pm, shooting until there are no more shooters, and you are welcome to arrive at any time.
Price is $4 for adults and $2 for kids for each round of 25.
Some ammo is available for purchase on site, but you’re welcome to use anything that is shot size of 7 1/2, 8, and 9.
We welcome first-time shooters and often have loaner guns. Instruction and tips are provided if requested for first time or experienced shooters.
Open to members and non-members.
